Recall Overview

Your VIN is located in the lower left hand corner of your windshield (driver's side) and also on the printed label on the inside of the driver's door.
Campaigns conducted by Karma can be Safety Recall Campaigns, Service Campaigns and/or Limited Service Campaigns. Karma also issues periodic over-the-air software updates for 2018 and subsequent model year vehicles.
If you have completed a Campaign, but are experiencing issues with your vehicle, please contact a Karma Authorized Service Provider. Should you require additional assistance, please refer to the Contact Us section at the bottom of this page.
In accordance with the requirements of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act, when Karma has determined that either a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety or a noncompliance with a Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard exists in your vehicle, a Safety Recall Campaign will be launched. The specified inspection and/or repair will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.
A Service Campaign will be launched if there is a specific product or technical issue for which inspection and/or repair is being offered without an expiration date. These issues are typically customer satisfaction initiatives. The described service will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner. It is not necessary to bring the vehicle to a Karma Authorized Service Provider at the time a Service Campaign is announced; the Campaign can be performed whenever is convenient for the vehicle owner (e.g. during a visit for other routine maintenance).
Limited Service Campaigns are programs to inform customers about a product or technical issue for which inspection and/or repair is being offered for a specified period. Karma requests that customers take advantage of this service prior to an expiration date. The described inspection and/or repair will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner provided the Limited Service Campaign has not expired.
Karma will issue periodic over-the-air software updates to enhance vehicle features without requiring the vehicle to be brought to a Karma Authorized Service Provider. Any new over-the-air software updates will be communicated by Karma Automotive via email. When a software update is available, the vehicle will prompt the installation and provide on-screen instructions. These updates are available to 2018 and subsequent model years Revero owners at no cost.
